STATEMENT OF ETHICAL STANDARDS

1. Introduction

Artema Concept , as a manufacturer of sustainable design objects and a responsible partner in the international value chain, is committed to respecting the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency and compliance.

This statement is written in the context of our strategic commitment to our international clients and partners – including the Accor Group – and reflects the compatibility of our values with global policies on sustainability, ethics and corporate responsibility. The document is based on the requirements of the UN Global Compact , OECD standards, EU legislation, as well as the responsible sourcing policies of international hotel groups.


2. Areas of application

This statement applies to:

  • To the employees, collaborators and representatives of Artema Concept

  • Suppliers, subcontractors and direct distributors

  • Production, purchasing, sales, communication and delivery processes

  • Participation in tenders, international projects or B2B commercial relationships


3. Asserted principles and values

3.1 Integrity and legality

  • We respect national and European legislation in all our activities.

  • We do not tolerate any form of fraud, false statements, contractual manipulation or provision of misleading information.

  • We maintain consistent ethical behavior, including in the absence of external verification

3.2 Transparency and traceability

  • We ensure full traceability of the materials used (PLA, ASA, ceramic), supplied by verified companies

  • We maintain clear records of the supply chain, production process and environmental impact of each order

  • We do not subcontract without the client's prior consent and guarantee full transparency at all stages of delivery.

3.3 Respect for human rights and social equity

  • We apply strong policies on human rights, diversity, equity and inclusion

  • We categorically prohibit forced labor, child labor and any form of exploitation

  • We actively promote collaboration with women entrepreneurs, young designers and people from underrepresented backgrounds

3.4 Environment and sustainability

  • We are committed to producing locally, with low energy consumption, using recyclable, compostable or reusable materials

  • We limit our carbon footprint by optimizing transportation, reducing packaging, and collaborating with couriers that offer CO₂ offsets.

  • We follow documented plans to reduce waste, consumption and emissions, integrated into annual CSR reporting

3.5 Anti-corruption and prevention of conflicts of interest

  • We have a zero tolerance policy towards bribery, kickbacks, favoritism or influence peddling.

  • We do not accept gifts or improper advantages that may influence business decisions.

  • We require all employees and partners to sign the Code of Ethical Conduct and declare any conflicts of interest.


4. Alignment with Accor policies (and similar partners)

Our ethical statement follows the principles of the Responsible Purchasing Charter and the Accor Code of Conduct for suppliers, including:

  • Compliance with labor legislation and non-discrimination

  • Verifiable sustainability of the products supplied

  • Absence of any form of anti-competitive practice

  • On-demand auditability of the manufacturing process

  • Acceptance of social and environmental responsibility at the contractual level


5. Implementation and control measures

  • All employees sign the Code of Ethical Conduct upon hiring

  • Suppliers and subcontractors sign ethical and anti-corruption compliance statements

  • Ethics policies are integrated into onboarding, contracts and the internal reporting system

  • Any suspicion of abuse or violation of standards can be reported to: etica@artemaconcept.com

  • Disciplinary or contractual sanctions are applied depending on the severity.

  • We maintain written evidence of training, commitment and application of these principles


6. Public and auditable commitment

Through this declaration, Artema Concept commits to:

  • Fully apply the assumed ethical standards

  • Provides complete transparency to hospitality and premium retail partners

  • Respond to ethical audit or due diligence requests from international chains such as Accor

  • Periodically publish a CSR report that includes ethical indicators and verifiable social impact
