When will your order be shipped?
Please allow for processing time depending on the type of product ordered:

In-stock products: shipped within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order products in biodegradable material (PLA filament): produced and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order ceramic products: produced and shipped within a maximum of 15 business days, due to the manual process of printing, drying, and firing.

We ship worldwide. Transit times may vary depending on the destination:

Romania: 1–3 business days
European Union countries: 4–7 business days
International shipping (outside EU): 5–10 business days
