Will I see the object before the production series?
The quote defines the validation stage: visual, sample or prototype, with an explicit cost and schedule.
What is the minimum quantity?
It depends on the piece and the development required. Send your desired quantity.
What should the brief include?
Context, recipients, quantity, date, budget, visual identity and packaging requirements.

What are the minimum quantities?
Minimum quantities depend on the model, material, personalisation and development required. State whether you need a sample, a prototype or a production series; the applicable quantity is confirmed in the quotation.
How is the production schedule agreed?
Include your required delivery date in the brief. Development, sample or prototype approval, production, packaging and transport are distinct steps. A lead time shown for a shop product does not automatically apply to a customised series.
How do I access professional prices?
Create your customer account and request catalogue access. ARTEMA reviews the collaboration and approves the relevant documents individually. Registration is not approval and does not automatically apply a shop discount.
Can I request samples and technical documents?
Specify the selected model, configuration and intended use. We confirm the available samples and documents, their costs and dispatch arrangements. Photometry, mounting details and performance evidence must refer to the actual configuration.
Which customisations can we discuss?
Send dimensions, colour references, branding and visual references. We assess feasibility against the material and production method; an exact colour match or a particular performance is not assumed before validation.
What should the quotation include?
Models or references, quantities, dimensions, intended use, destination, required date and an indicative budget. Add packaging, installation or document requirements, and identify any design files that need a confidential transfer channel.
