Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
Returns are at the customer's expense. You have 30 working days from the date you receive your order to return the products.
In order to be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns to Romania:
You will have to fill in a questionnaire and we will then send you a pre-paid return label by e-mail, allowing you to hand in your parcel at the La Poste collection point of your choice.
Once the parcel is received at our warehouses, we will proceed to refund the product (minus return postage), or if it is an exchange, you can then place a new order on the website for the new products.
For returns to other countries:
Unfortunately, we cannot take back products delivered to a country other than Romania, primarily due to customs restrictions. As a result, the customer will have to arrange the return of the products themselves. Subsequently, the customer should e-mail us proof of return so that we can proceed with the refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discount items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union, 14-day period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Reimbursements
We will notify you after receipt and verification of the return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
