"Refund Policy: Hassle-Free Returns"

At Artema Concept, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

General conditions

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, unworn, without signs of damage, in the original packaging and with all labels intact.
Proof of purchase is required (invoice, receipt or confirmation email).
The cost of the return is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds are made only after receiving and checking the product in our warehouse.

Returns in Romania

After completing the return form that you will receive by email, we will send you a return label. The package can be delivered to the indicated delivery point.
After receiving the package, we will refund the product value (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 10 business days. If you wish to exchange it for another product, you can place a new order.

International returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for sending the package back to our warehouse in Romania.
International returns cannot be processed through our own couriers due to customs restrictions.
The refund is made after receipt of the product and proof of payment for shipping.

Products that cannot be returned

Customized products (color, size, inscriptions, special orders).
Products made to order or in limited edition.
Items purchased with special discounts or in promotional campaigns.
Digital gift cards or discount codes.

repayment

After the return is approved, the refund is automatically made via the original payment method, within up to 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was confirmed and you have not received the refunded amount, please contact us.

Right of withdrawal in the European Union

According to EU law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The same conditions regarding the condition of the product and proof of purchase apply.
