We select an eligible piece and define the adaptations.
We review the file and prepare the prototype.
We develop a family of objects for your brand.
Eligibility is checked before quotation. Not all ARTEMA products can be sold under another brand.
Branding, deliverables, rights to the design and files, confidentiality and any exclusivity are explicitly agreed.
We define quantity, material, costs, the sample or prototype and acceptance criteria. The schedule and series conditions are confirmed in the quote.
Define the piece, the quantity and its intended use. We can then assess the right configuration and prepare the project quotation.
Minimum quantities depend on the model, material, personalisation and development required. State whether you need a sample, a prototype or a production series; the applicable quantity is confirmed in the quotation.
Include your required delivery date in the brief. Development, sample or prototype approval, production, packaging and transport are distinct steps. A lead time shown for a shop product does not automatically apply to a customised series.
Create your customer account and request catalogue access. ARTEMA reviews the collaboration and approves the relevant documents individually. Registration is not approval and does not automatically apply a shop discount.
Specify the selected model, configuration and intended use. We confirm the available samples and documents, their costs and dispatch arrangements. Photometry, mounting details and performance evidence must refer to the actual configuration.
Send dimensions, colour references, branding and visual references. We assess feasibility against the material and production method; an exact colour match or a particular performance is not assumed before validation.
Models or references, quantities, dimensions, intended use, destination, required date and an indicative budget. Add packaging, installation or document requirements, and identify any design files that need a confidential transfer channel.
