πŸ”Ή MODULE 1 – CSR & ESG FUNDAMENTALS

Title: What does responsibility mean in business?
Duration: 90 minutes

Learning objectives:

  • Understanding the differences between CSR, ESG, sustainability and greenwashing

  • Knowledge of partners' expectations (Accor, retailers, international customers)

  • Assessment of Artema's current position against these standards

EXERCISE 1:
Participants classify 5 statements about CSR into: "Ethical / Unethical / Unclear", followed by discussions.


πŸ”Ή MODULE 2 – WHAT DOES ARTEMA CONCEPT CONCRETE DO?

Title: CSR applied in our country – deeds, not words
Duration: 90 minutes

Objectives:

  • Familiarization with Artema policies and their practical application

  • Understanding your own contribution to positive impact

  • Ability to react in sensitive ethical situations

EXERCISE 2:
Real-life situation: What do you do if a retailer asks you to declare 100% biodegradable materials, but you only use 60%?

EXERCISE 3:
Each participant receives a role (e.g. "Gela - admin", "Alex - production") and writes 2 possible ethical actions daily in that role.


πŸ”Ή MODULE 3 – RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION & SOCIAL IMPACT

Title: Words become deeds. And vice versa.
Duration: 90 minutes

Objectives:

  • Responsible communication with customers, press, suppliers

  • Understanding credible sustainability promises

  • Preventing greenwashing and building reputation

EXERCISE 4:
Write an ethical and clear description for an Artema product (e.g. flowerpot / vase). Discuss and correct as a team.

EXERCISE 5:
Answer the question:
"Do your suppliers respect human rights?"
Include in the answer: requirements, verification methods, existing policies.
