OFFICIAL DECLARATION ON COMPLIANCE WITH LABOR LAW

1. Introduction

At Artema Concept , we believe that fair, equitable and legally compliant labor relations are the foundation of a healthy organizational culture and sustainable development. Compliance with labor legislation is not only a legal obligation, but also an ethical commitment to the people who contribute daily to our company's mission.

This statement formalizes our commitment to strictly apply all legal regulations in the field of labor, occupational security and social dialogue, promoting a transparent, safe and fair work climate.


2. Legal framework of reference

Our statement is aligned with:

  • Romanian Labor Code (Law no. 53/2003, republished)

  • Law No. 367/2022 on social dialogue

  • Law No. 319/2006 on occupational health and safety

  • The fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), in particular:

    • Convention No. 87 on Freedom of Association

    • Convention No. 98 concerning the Right to Collective Bargaining

    • Convention No. 100 concerning Equal Remuneration

    • Convention No. 111 concerning Discrimination in Employment

  • Directive 89/391/EEC on the health and safety of workers

  • Principles 3–6 of the UN Global Compact


3. Core principles and commitments

3.1 Legality and contractual transparency

  • All employees have registered employment contracts, in accordance with the legislation in force

  • Any collaboration is regulated by signed documents that include job description, salary, benefits and legal rights

  • The recruitment, hiring and evaluation process is transparent

3.2 Decent and safe working conditions

  • We ensure a professional environment without physical, psychological or organizational risks

  • We apply annual prevention and protection plans

  • Equipment and spaces are periodically evaluated from an ergonomic and security perspective

  • We train all employees in occupational health and safety

3.3 Wage rights and social protection

  • Salaries comply with internal scales and are paid in full and on time

  • We offer meal vouchers, paid legal holidays, access to medical leave and benefits according to legislation

  • We do not make unauthorized withholdings and do not condition the granting of legal rights

3.4 Work time, rest and balance

  • We respect the legal working hours (max. 40h/week, 8h/day)

  • Overtime is voluntary, documented and paid according to the law.

  • We ensure weekly rest, public holidays and vacations according to internal regulations

  • We promote work-life balance

4. Operational measures and implementation

  • HR policies are compliant with the law and adapted to the company's profile

  • Compliance is coordinated by the administrative officer and supervised by management

  • Policies are communicated during onboarding and through periodic trainings

  • We implement annual internal audits for contracts and personnel documentation

  • In case of non-compliance, we apply remediation, investigation and reporting procedures


5. Alignment with partners and external audits

  • We only collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors who comply with labor legislation

  • We request the signing of the Code of Ethical Conduct and the Declaration on Human Rights and Working Conditions

  • We provide complete documentation for external audits (Accor, EcoVadis, EU grants)

  • The collected data is kept secure, according to GDPR regulations.
